The 2027 Polaris 850 Switchback XC 146 combines the trail manners of the INDY family with the added flotation and versatility of a 146" crossover chassis. Powered by the 850 Patriot 2-stroke engine and built on the Matryx platform, it is designed for riders who want to cover serious trail miles while still having the capability to venture into deeper snow.

CROSSOVER SUSPENSION & TRACK

The Switchback XC uses Matryx front suspension and an IGX 146 rear suspension. FOX QS3 shocks are fitted to the front, front track and rear track, giving riders three-position compression adjustment for tuning suspension response to different riding conditions.

The 1.352" Cobra track provides a useful balance of trail traction and off-trail flotation.
